  2. this email linked to my backup email, i cannot use my backup email to sign in to my yahoo email as this logs in to my backup email

    Make them use other kind of ways to prove they are the person when trying to get their account and i want to delete this link to my backup account, yahoo synced my gmail to yahoo which was my back-up. because of this i cannot send and get my verification code to open my yahoo account which was jamesangelopoquiz@yahoo.com and when im trying to contact one of the speciaist of yours im just returned to the first page please fix this.

  5. Member Center is OK. But there seems to be no way to print daily events on Yahoo calandar, which makes it useless as far as I am concerned

  10. Allow old phone #s to be removed. Every time i get a new phone you want to send confirmation to a old number!

    Just allow easy removal or auto update to new number. Having the email + password can't get me in because YOU PEOPLE keep wanting to send confirmation to a # that is DEAD, disconnected, "no longer in service",& GONE! Please help!

    Your verification process sucks! Each time I try to login I am asked to verify my new phone but the code never gets sent. I've tried and tried until the systems says "You've exceeded your limit, try again tomorrow." People don't have that kind of time to spend trying to receive a code from you to verify their information. The system needs fixing.

    I have been a long time Yahoo Plus subscriber and now you want to do away with the option to pay for this yearly and now I have to deal with a lousy $5 /month charge to my bank account. This is ridiculous not to have the ability to pay for a year in advance! Change It!!!

  19. I GOT 2 MAILS IN MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE THAT SAYS MY EMAIL WILL EXPIRE

    I got emails regarding email expiration that shows it's from yahoo itself and mention ticket-related stuff that I'm not aware of. It was not in English but turned out it was Mongolian stuff I don't know how.
