    Trying to change my location to Dearborn, MI and Yahoo keeps reverting my location as Evansville, IN!!!! Come ON! This is not rocket science~

  2. cannot delete old recovery emails

    Seems, this problem is known at least since 2021 and yahoo is doing nothing about it. Problem is that I cannot delete the old recovery emails (at service that I don't have access to). Message I see:

    I have 2 way verification when i log to my email.

    I tried to disable but it turning itself ON from Security>VERIFICATION METHODS>Device Notifications>Manage device notifications

    I don't have IPHONE 14, maybe someone is hacking me? I saw my recent activity and an iPhone 14 logged to my email.

    I read through some of the most vile **** written in Yahoo comment sections and then wonder how one can't even respond because their comment doesn't meet community guidelines while nothing in the comment breaks community guidelines. Authoritarian much?!

  14. Correct directions to change location. There is no information under manage locations

    I'm sick of having to change my location because yahell shows it was being 150 miles from where I actually live. There is no clear direction on how to change it in manage locations

  16. We only have 2 mobile phone and B you already have both numbers

    I cannot have 2 factor verification as only have two phones and1email address. Have new phone and awful trouble with email address and password ATM. I want to go back to yahoo but currently have been out into Outlook express, but with same address. Yo I keep telling me l can sign in in different ways, but when l try, you wont let me. So frustrating. 😞

  18. How about secret security questions with answers - why is that no longer an option - used to be

    You used to be able to set up secret security questions iwth answers as a way of validating yourself - what is that no longer an option. Not everyone is technologically advanced to have the other options, especially if you do not have a smart phone.

  20. Do NOT go to an email for verification. Go to cell phone number. NEVER email.

    Computer will not go from one email to another email. Am too OLD to have to reset password every time you insist verify by email. Ridiculous.
    Like Yahoo, but require email to verify an email is TOO MUCH 😒
    Each email has a password, TOO. Cell phone just rings 🎶😁
