Where's my Xfinity inbox?
I've migrated my xfinity email and it works fine on my phone app. However, on desktop, it's not connected. When looking to add an inbox, it only gives me options for Gmail, Outlook, and AOL. How can I access my Xfinity inbox on desktop?

Contact Photos...
Edit contacts > Upload photos. I've always enjoyed seeing a photo for each of my Yahoo! Mail contacts but since upgrading to Windows 11 OS, they never "stick" / clicking Save doesn't mean anything. I wish I had an idea to improve this flaw but I'm merely a user.

wild card or partial word search
trying to find an email. i ordered some parts recently from aesopautoparts, pretty sure i have ordered parts from them before under a different name, maybe aesopauto or aesopsalvage. putting aesop in the search...returns NOTHING not even the recent ones. it's like it is designed to be terrible.

Single click view, and swipe left to delete
Don’t know why you have made it more difficult to carry out basic navigation tasks. Previously on Safari (iPad) I could click once to view an email. Now, I need to click twice. How on earth is that an improvement? Similarly to delete a message I used to be able to simply swipe left. Now I need to click the message, then click somewhere else to delete it. Again a step backwards. Please stop trying to make things more time consuming and onerous.

eliminate offer pop-ups
I pay for mail+ so as to have have ads and pop-ups -- it is very frustrating to have an offer pop-up at the top of my messages every time I go to inbox. I personally do not believe there should be an offers category of emails, yet even so, pop-ups are frustrating and time consuming. Please advise when you will delete these distracting pop-ups (and certainly let me know if you are keeping pop-ups, so I can discontinue and get different email service)

I have been a loyal Yahoo user for more than 20 years. Through all the changes in the internet landscape, I've continued using Yahoo because it was one of the pioneers that shaped the web experience for millions of people.

Sort by Sender Not Working
The new sort feature "by sender" is almost completely useless. It doesn't sort all the messages by the sender. Also, if I highlight a message and then do a shift-hold and click on the end of a string of emails I want to delete, the selection tool does not work — it selects a random set of emails, not the ones I wanted to select. The previous version worked so much better. Ugh.

the checkbox for selecting email needs to be bigger
because the checkbox is too small, it's easy to accidentally open the email instead and makes selecting emails for deletion much less efficient ... or consider making the pop up delete icon that appear when you move the mouse over the subject line permanent, otherwise, after deleting one email, that icon doesn't appear unless you move the mouse a little bit again to make the delete icon appear, very inefficient when managing lots of emails ....

automatic category learning from user actions
I want mail to learn from my actions to provide a better experience going forward - either automatically (based on actions) or with help from manual teaching. If I drag and email from "primary" to "newsletters" - I would like an option to either learn this category is where future emails of this type should land, or a confirmation that asks - would you like future emails from this sender/with this subject to appear in this category. Thanks.

Re-arranging accounts
In the past, before you changed the platform, I was able to re-arrange my accounts on the left side menu. I can't do that in the Classic or New platform. I do not like the changes at all. I'm currently in the Classic because I hated the new Platform. But you still made some changes to the Classic. Why did you remove being able to rearrange accounts?

Out of Office response
Hi, the out of office response does not seem to allow selecting dates for a single day. Example if I am out of the office for 21st Aug 2026, the end date can't be set to 21st Aug, instead it sets at 22nd Aug and send the out of office message to emails received on the 22nd.

Make the box less busy, crowded looking
I hate the new Yahoo mail format. The look is too crowded, close together, too busy looking. It gives me a slight headache just trying to focus on what I need to. Can hardly distinguish the ads from the emails as they are intermingled in together. I do not like how Yahoo decide what is primary and what is not. Calendar List View Gone
Why was the Calendar List View removed? Why would anyone consider that helpful? Restore it. You calendar is barely useable without it. The other views stink

show next message option displays previous message
The "Show next message" setting displays the previous message instead of the next message. The issue is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and by clearing cache. The issue occurs using the move message function from the folder icon and the delete message function. Problem with cursor while composing
I am a long-time yahoo mail user. There is a problem with using Yahoo email while composing messages and how that interracts with advertisements cycling to new ones. When a new ad populates, it steals the cursor from the compose window causing any further keystrokes to be seen as hotkeys. This is a major usability issue that needs to be resolved as it makes yahoo mail nearly unusable while composing emails of any length. Please address.

Let us OPT OUT of these motivational "challenge" notifications in email
These are very annoying for people who don't need to be motivated to do what we're already doing. I want LESS clutter in clearing my inbox, not something else I need to click off. I don't want these motivational things like, "You're doing great! Keep it up!" just for clearing my trash bin or sent emails periodically, which I've done for years anyway. The only notifications I want from Yahoo are when I have emails I need to open that someone has sent me, or if there is a problem in some way with my account. NOTHING else. Please give…
