WHAT'S NEW?
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders. 
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Drag and drop messages to folders - Just click and hold on an email message, then drag and drop that message into a different folder. 
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. starred/contacts/more box layout/view setting idea

    Minimizing the Starred/contacts/more Box in view/layout setting: SInce I am a Yahoo Plus customer, I can contract the expanded starred/contacts/more box when I initially open desktop Yahoo mail. It would be nice to the able to save that layout/view in settings instead of having to do that every time.

    Dear Yahoo,
    I expect that you will consider my following request and give a priority.
    In you new design i can not find the Photo option which was available on you earlier design. Can you please add this function on your new design. Except this all are looks fine to me.

  3. Get rid of starred view box on the right

    How do I get rid of the starred messages box on the right? This is a waste of space, I just want to be able to look at my messages, and a quarter of the screen is now taken up by something I can't get rid of. This is terrible.
