Bug: Firefox Does Not Paste URL's at Insertion Point but Puts Link at the Top of the Page
When composing the body of a message in the New Yahoo Mail in Firefox, (and only in Firefox) URL links do not appear where the insertion point is when pasted into the body of a message. Instead, the link goes to the top of the page.

I use FF and don't have this issue. I did a test email and inserted an url and a picture and sent to another email I have. The url posted under the sentence I wrote about it and the picture was shown at the top but I think that's what hotmail always does as I've seen it with other emails with picture attachments in that program. I checked my sent file to make sure of placement and it was under what I wrote and not on top and the attachment was at the bottom. I still use Win10. Does that makes a difference?

I 23rd this situation. When pasting anything, it puts it at the top of the message, not where you want it.

I am finding the same issue with pasting anything to include just text.

I have the same issue. Using the latest version of Firefox. Extremely annoying.

When pasting text into any other application, it always pastes where the cursor is. In the new yahoo mail, it always pastes in the top of the message. This is frustrating as I'm typing a message and then paste a link or quote and it doesn't go where it should
