I need to see the full title of then email. I don't need that big box to the right (stars and contact-box) to be present all the time, I never use thouse features. I would rather be able to see my full email titles. I think it should be possible to simply uncheck/remove the "stars & contact"-box my self from my personal layout. I'm going back to old design until you fix it.

Make it possible for yahoo mail users to get help when the system shows that it can not log into mail. "Safari Can't Open page" but am logged into yahoo account.

It takes a bit of time to adjust, but eventually the user will.

A few of the old observations:

-Retain more of the old features/easy and quick features/UI elements and then improve/add new ones.

-Too much spacing provided.

-List view to be a little more compact.

-Group emails date-wise (month and year) like in the old Mail.

-When clicked on Folders, focus should be on the search box (issue observed while using 'Move to' in old Mail). Sometimes it appears in the search folders box, and sometimes it doesn't, making the user click on the search folders box. Escape should cancel the folders' list view.

-Message preview seems not to be working.

decision to display messages in a small panel at the bottom of the screen
makes the simple act of reading an email unexpectedly laborious.

The previous full‑screen view was, I must say, markedly more conducive to
clarity and efficiency. I would therefore be grateful if you would consider
restoring it, or at least allowing users the courtesy of choosing their
preferred layout.

I would like to share a few suggestions regarding the Yahoo Mail free version interface. Currently, the right-side advertisement bar feels quite distracting and affects the overall user experience. It would be more convenient if the ads could be shifted to the top in a compact format, similar to Gmail’s layout. This would make the interface cleaner and less intrusive while still allowing advertisements to be displayed effectively.

Additionally, you may consider presenting ads in a format similar to marketing emails, which could feel more integrated and less disruptive.

I would also suggest enhancing Yahoo Chat by adding features such as meeting scheduling and interview coordination tools. These additions could significantly improve user engagement and make Yahoo Mail more competitive in the market.

I believe these improvements could enhance user satisfaction and support business growth.

It's now harder to switch accounts, please update the UI to look like google account switching. Since you are following this rounded corner design

I can navigate my email. Changing the interface just frustrates me. I have reverted back as much as possible with all previous updates. I don't like the way they look or operate. Please give people a choice rather than just forcing us to use it.

The new style is good, but you removed the close button from the top corner of the reading pain. if a message gets deleted, the next one automatically opens which would not happen if you closed the message before deleting it before the update.

Nothing works properly in the new Yahoo Mail. Every time I refresh or log into my mail, I have to go through all the orientation windows. That should turn off after going through once and there's no way to cancel it and you have to go through all the windows. It's an annoying time suck. Also, nothing works properly. Emails don't load quickly, if they load at all. Everything just hangs like it's waiting for a connection while my Internet is fine. Messages I deleted or moved keep reappearing in my Inbox. And my other external accounts no longer show up, even though they're listed in my accounts list in settings. The new interface is a mess and was released way before it was ready. Do better.

Why there are only two options for themes ? It should be more. Both themes are so bad. Hard to read.

This is the worst. I can't get to my emails.

Congradulation! you finally made your YahooMail into a AD/spam website where most of the screen is dedicated to advertisement. I have been using Yahoo mail for over than 20 years and this week I decided I will move out for good.

The "new version" SUCKS! I can't send a draft of my weekly newsletter, even to myself alone. I don't know if it's links (to YouTube videos and news articles), or something else. I updated my laptop this morning because it wasn't doing its job, and post-update, it won't send my emails, at least, none with an inline thumbnail. I'm going to start looking for another server very soon.
