Appearance
This new MaIl is UGLY, BULKY and horrible. And that's being nice about it. I want the classic version back. Stop FORCING this on US! No customization, no background images, It's either Black or White...neither is appealing. It wastes Screen space and is hard to sort through, separate the mails you want to find. AT least let us have background images back and use more of the screen space to expand the mailbox.

Thanks for your feedback. Since last June, we have given our Mail Community the chance to go back and forth between the old and new desktop experience. It's been several months and we are slowly transitioning fully into the new desktop experience. We promise there was no forcing, but a steady process. We really hope you'll give the new experience a try!
