Place the "..." menu above the "Folders". I have an extensive "Folder" list that I like to keep open; and when it is open, the "..." gets pushed below my screen. My main need for the "..." is for "Unread" items.

Thanks for your feedback. We will share your feedback with the right team. Just a kind reminder for our reasoning on design, not all users use their email the same. Everyone has their own use cases and needs. We can't accommodate everyone, unfortunately, but we use a lot of data on what is used, how things are used, etc. Thanks!
