Cluttered screen
Get rid of the little circles with initials which appear right next to the sender's name. They are of no use--the name is right there! Just clutter on my screen.

Other clutter includes: AI "summary", extra column on right for starred message, wide spacing that allow only 8 messages on the screen at the same time, etc. etc. etc.
