The new Type, Format, and presentation are so confusing to me, and the colorful icons on each message are extremely distracting! I feel lost, in my own inbox. WHY WAS THE OLD FORMAT CHANGED WITHOUT GIVING US A CHOICE?

Hi Mary, since last June we have given our community a choice between going back n forth to the old and new version. There was always a button to toggle back n forth in the top, right hand side. It's now been several months and we are slowly transitioning everyone to the new version.
The Profile Icons are consistent with how our apps look today. The apps do have a setting where you can disable these Profile Icons, but we have not added it to the Desktop Settings. We will share this with the right team. Thanks.
