Please disable this awful jumping of the entire email body when writing, which hides all the previous text and the recipient whenever performing any action such as creating a new line or pasting from the clipboard. It is extremely inconvenient and very frustrating.

I agree! Very inconvenient, frustrating and distracting. I get the idea of making the currently used line as being on the top and available to be first to focus on, but no other email is set up this way, for good reason.
