deleting more than one spam/trash at a time when box to check all is just gone to never never land
Why do you have to delete spam and trash one at a time. The box at the top of the file to check all and then delete just falls off the face of the earth and is just GONE. I'm thinking I just need to go with gmail even though I have stuck with yahoo since the beginning of time.

Hi Elizabeth, we can't seem to replicate the issue above. Yes, you can delete all trash and spam folder. You do not have to do it one at a time. Once you go to your trash or spam folder, the small checkbox is at the very top. From there you can Select All and then Delete All. If you're not seeing it, please try refreshing your browser. If you're still not seeing it can you please create a new thread and include your browser and browser version so we can try and replicate the issue. Thanks.
