cc & bcc needs to have option to stay visible when composing/reading e-mails
If you put addresses in cc or BCC and then go to type the message, the CC & BCC automatically hide so you have to show them again if you need to check something, then they hide again when you go to the message. If you choose to show all the recipients, they should stay visible.
By hiding it, it also makes it hard to hover over one and copy the e-mail address and then paste it in the e-mail if you need to. I use this when I need to give someone an e-mail address... I would put it in the CC, hover over it, copy the address, paste it in the e-mail and then delete the cc. Much easier than having to look it up and type it out manually.
