Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I can't find things I'm looking for easily. The old system used to put in day breaks - which made it easier for me to find things. I find the fonts and other images confusing and hard to interpret. Please give me the old systems back. This new one is giving me headaches. I can't spend more than a couple of minutes looking at my e-mail before I have to leave the page. Please help!

It was simple and easy for me. but now it is absolute garbage. after removing the AI and summary version got better but it is still not good. I really prefer the older version.

Do not understand why you changed a perfectly good format. Really do not like this one.

I truly despise the new format. I have tried to get used to it with no success.

I HATE IT!!!! You changed my interface functionality and I hate it. "old mail" is not the same. I lost the preview. The new mail gives me less info at a glance than the old mail. I've been holding off switching to my google account but this may be a good time.Even my paid yahoo accounts don't have the old interface option

Go back to the old format or fix the new one. It is a confusing mess from the layout and look to the functionality. The favicans for every email is confusing, ridiculous and unnecessary. It creates conflict and more dissarray between real emails and ads - which is deceptive - and it is just ugly to look at. The tabs for All, Priority etc.. need to go immediately. They are also completely unnecessary and confusing. We all know how to use our emails - we don't need you to sort it for us. Now every time I open my email page I have to be sure to switch my view to All. Why? No one asked for this! There is absolutely no reason for this and it totally ****** me off. I also do not need AI to summarize an email i can clearly read. Seriously?! Who came up with this ****. I work in digital marketing and advertising and understand the importance of clear and simple interfaces. This goes against every rule. BTW this is the fourth time I have complained and nothing has changed so I am in the process of migrating my email over to gmail and canceling my yahoo account. I have enough complexity in my life - I don't need the simple act of reading my emails to be one of them. So dumb!

I DO NOT care for the new version one bit. The old version was very easy to read, layout was clean and simple. This version is giving me anxiety with the large bubbly font, layout.

As an IT tech, everything jumping on the bandwagon to reinvent their UI to look the same way with larger elements to waste screen space is completely annoying. Every PC I use is like a glorified tablet now. Pure garbage.

I think your redesign is workable with some modifications however as a whole it is clearly not well received. The use of large, circular icons indicating the sender of a particular e-mail not only gives the interface a childlike appearance, but also distracts from the actual content your users care about. Even the simple act of removing, or having the option to remove those would significantly reduce the number of complaints you are seeing.
Many users are perfectly content with the classic look as it was easy to navigate, had layouts and formatting that were easy to follow, and listed content and features in ways that even the least tech savvy could utilize and learn.
You would be doing yourself, and your users a service by allowing those of us who enjoyed the classic look the option to keep that format in lieu of this new redesign.
