Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

WTF is happening. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually read my email now. I've got to figure out a way to fricken abandon yahoo altogether.
All these icons and stupid yahoo summaries of my emails BEFORE my emails. This is terrible.

Please at least give the option to use the old version. This keeps automatically "managing the emails" and I am missing messages. Yahoo doesn't know what is "important" to me! On the app I can not click on a specific email, it takes me to the account. This is the worst!

This new version is unworkable. Moving to MSN if you don't get it fixed quick. You are only driving away longtime faithful customers with forcing a new terrible version on people. The Classic Mail was fine and worked perfectly. There was zero need for this forced change!

If you don't want to listen to paying cutomers - then at least let us make the experience as close to the original. I PAY for Yahoo. I don't want sender badges. I don't want AI previews. I don't want to hit next page everytime. The search is terrrible. FIx all those things since for some reason your product team can't support classic mail.

Totally agree that this new version sucks in about a thousand ways, and they should give customers the option and ability to change it back to the classic version. It's not just the new look that's awful, it's the dysfunctionality. I have already accidentally unsubscribed from emails because of that new "button" that appears when your cursor is in the title line of inbox email. I've already accidentally sent emails before I'm through writing them because the "send message" keyboard shortcut can't be disabled. Sometimes I can delete several emails at once with a trash can icon, other times there are not functional icons (trash, move) and I have to use the delete key. And the invisibility of all my folders that used to be on the left side of the page is infuriating. I could go on, and on, and on! First you take away our customized home pages, and now you ***** up the email function. This is inexcusable.

I hate this new version!!!!!! Now I can't get into my folders. How can I go back to the old version!! And why do you have to change it!!!!! Let me go back to the old version! this one stinks!

Your "new and improved" version sucks. You tried to fix something that wasn't broken.....and broke it. And, to add insult to injury, you have now blocked the user's ability to change it back. GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE ABILITY TO CHANGE IT BACK!!! I've had a Yahoo account for a very long time, but this is ******* me off to the point where I am considering switching to another email service and starting over from scratch. I have nothing positive to say about the new look.

I literally use Yahoo Mail because I hate the look/layout/navigation of Gmail and now it's look exactly the same as Gmail! I'm so annoyed!

This version is so bad I am considering taking my 20 years of using yahoo email and moving to gmail. This is TERRIBLE. It just took me almost an hour to do what should have been 20 minutes of work because yahoo's email system is SO BAD.

Go back or give your users the option to return to the old yahoo classic version, Please!!, much simpler and easy to use. I hate the feel and appearance of the "new" version.

the new version is awful. It didnt fix anything. it's harder to see all my messages, who sent them, who they were sent to, literally eveything is worse. Just go back to previous version. Gmail is BAD that is why we use Yahoo so making your mail system look more like Gmail is a BAD thing for us. Set yourself apart. If you want to give is more OPTIONS so people can make it look more like Gmail fine, but I want to see as much as I can, not as little as you'll allow. This is my daily work email so it is CRITICAL to my job. You made my actual job harder. Please fix it.
