Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    We need Classic Mail back NOW. It's not a matter of "preference", the new mail LITERALLY does not function. There are so many functionalities that are missing it's impossible to list them all.

    If you wanted to update the email interface, you should have done it SLOWLY, one feature at a time, see if people like it, work out the kinks, etc. To change the ENITRE INTERFACE AT ONCE is a slap in the face to every one of your customers. You have made it VERY CLEAR that you do not care about us.

    I'm cancelling my subscription, I'm not paying for this garbage.

    I need to go back to the classic version. It's much easier and less time consuming to navigate around. I might need to find an alternative otherwise.

    Why did you change the site? It's terrible. Go back to the classic. This new site is so confusing.

    This isn't working. I Need the option go to back to classic. The navigation is more complicated. I might bail altogether.

    HATE NEW VERSION. HATE, LOATHE, DESPISE ANYTHING TO DO WITH AI (artificial ignorance).

    I KNOW WHAT I WANT, WHAT WORKS BEST FOR ME AND DONT NEED A GREEDY MONEY SCROUNGING COMPANY TO DECIDE FOR ME.

    I have no spam or junk folder now, I can't do a reply all anymore and it is so much harder to read. Please go back to the classic version.

    Please bring back the Basic Mail option!
    The new look is disorienting and the ads, read, unread emails are difficult to differentiate. The 'Priority' filter and AI summaries are awful. Please give me all of my information.

    There should at least be an option to go back. Mine was removed.

    I want my old email back. Looking at half a page is just lousy. Give me my old email back or I will cancel plus and migrate everything to gmail, plain and simple. You can keep this "NEW" ****!!!

    This new version really sucks and incomplete. Can't address new email, forward, or reply. It does not work and is useless. The screen many times says that it cannot get mail.n The look is horrible and hostile. You failed in a horrible product that was not well thought out and is incomplete. It takes forever to open a message, Cannot send to my contacts.

    Several weeks, and you haven't fixed any of the problems that make it unusable. I want Classic back. At least it works.

    Whom ever is responsible for the "new" version of Yahoo mail should be fired and all compensation he or she received clawed back. The "new" version is garbage!

    Please give us back the option to go back to the Old version. The new one is terrible. It is very hard to see what has been read vs unread. And the priority/categories is terrible.

    If you will not at least give me an "option" to use the older (superior) version, then you will leave me no choice but to make a new email address with somebody else. If I spend all the time and effort needed to move and inform all of my contacts to the new address, then I will not return,

    I had converted back to Classic, but made the mistake to change to the new version. It's terrible and I don't like it at all. To add insult to injury, it appears yahoo has eliminated to option to revert back to Classic. I've looked at several videos on YouTube on how to do this, but the yahoo mail screen has changed and the Settings icon is now gone, and going to Settings under (...) doesn't offer this option. This really sucks. Time to change to gmail or something else.

    ...those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot go back. We really hope you'll try the new experience! Thanks...

    Like there's a choice? The new mail is terrible! OK fine, can't go back to Classic, but why can't we get the "Basic mail" option??

    my whole office dislikes the new version. countless hours combing through emails to find what you are looking for. It is awful!
