Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I totally dislike this new format. If you cannot allow users to return to the previous version, then I will need to find a new email account somewhere else.

    There is no way to highlight text, and there is no spam box, so I cannot check if an email went there in error. The light grey colour makes it very hard to read.

    I hated the new yahoo email. I wanted to have a trash and spam up on top for easy access and not have to go to the ... at the bottom of my 30 folder to access those. I also hated the two options to view my mails as I always wanted to click on "all" but it would not stay on "all". kept having to re click the all button. I am so glad your rep showed me how to go back to the old email. I didn't think there was anything wrong with it in the first place. Just wish I could have figured it out sooner since I didn't now I had 3 dots at the bottom of my folders until I talked to your rep. I had looked for them before but never could find them and google gave the wrong location. I figured I didn't have the 3 dots at all. I was very frustrated using the new mail and was about to go to gmail for good. Now I am happy to be back to the old version.

    I don't want to be switched to the new yahoo mail. I've tried it before and I don't like it. The current classic style my mom and I use works the best for us. Please leave us a way to keep the current style we are using. For us, it's a lot harder to find the things we need on the "New" yahoo mail.

    I am trying to work on both to familiar with the New Mail but find some different

    Old Mail I received @11:14 am Jul 21 from Barchart Brief
    Old mail I received @4:01pm Jul 21 from Celebrity Cruises and then
    Old mail I received @4:20pm Jul 21 from Samsung Electronics

    New Mail didn't have the Barchart Brief showed up in inbox or spam and already in 6 hours later
    New Mail didn't have the Celebrity Cruises showed up in inbox or spam and already almost 1.5 hour later when working on this email to Yahoo
    New mail do receive @4:20pm Jul 21 from Samsung Electronics

    I haven't gone over all others and just give you some examples for just start using it and already got two errors and hope further improvement can be done soonest.

    It would be helpful to have the option to revert back to the old yahoo settings, as that was catered perfectly to my needs. I do not like the new user interface or appearance.

    It would be great to have a button to switch or change between new and old appearances - similar to Outlook and Microsoft.

    I would like to go back to the old email page. This one is too busy for no reason other than to appeal to the nerd phone in your face crowd.

    I want to go back to basic mail. I've tried the new experience, and it sucks.
    Why isn't there an option to ungroup my mail?

    I really DO NOT like this new version of yahoo!
    Yes, I know it takes time to get use to new things but, if it "ain't broke, why mess with it?" At least ask users if they would like a change.
    As it is, I don't check my yahoo account as often as usual. This new version just irritates my eyes and is not inviting to use.

    1.What has happened to the layout. Suddenly, the list of the Inbox is separated into days and weeks instead of just a list as normal. We need select the layout.
    2.Also, If everything is accidentlly mput into archieve, I don't even know how it happened, we need to get it all back.
    3.For some reason, todays email have gone and they are not in the bin. This needs not to happen.
    4. We need the hlp facility to work. It has stopped today and jsut goes the same screen as signing out.
    IN SUMMARY: We need it to work properly, as it previously did.

    The old version was more practical.
    This new style makes the process longer. It's not practical at all.
    It's a waste of time.

    I tried the new format. Look, not everybody wants some infantized version of the internet. We want function over childish fonts. Getting rid of the scroll bar for locating our personalized email folders--bad idea. Getting rid of the columns for the sender, the email subject line, and date of receiving--bad idea. Please give the option to stay in the current email layout. Don't make us use the new layout if we don't want to.

    I don't care at all for the new Basic Mail. If possble, please give me a "Go Back" button, so I can return to the old format.

    like previous design, new design has to much advertisement. Would like to go back to previous design
