Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    A nice way for Xfinity to drop everyone because they don't want to deal with internet or email's when we pay well over $300 to get our TV access. What a way to ***** the customer.

    New Yahoo Mail is terrible. It's hard to follow conversations. The separated mail boxes by type are not helpful. There are ad "emails" every 10 emails. Put the option to switch back on ALL accounts.

    So the new 'compact' view is almost DOUBLE the spacing as before. What is THIS as 'compact'? Please. Please. Please. FIX the compact view. This is about as compact as an oversized SUV. It's crazy. Or do a "ultra compact" whatever vocabulary is needed. But this is FAR from compact.

    I was asked if I prefer this new set up or the previous I have had for several years and I said the old for me at age 83 I now cannot find much of my set up names where I file my e mails? Lost WHY this now to prove what someone is earning their money so they set this type of form and I cannot find anything and way I have to scope through my e mail not lines up in a box? Where now is all of my set up pictures and my names e mails with much of my info in those names? Please give me back my old set up I am no interested in this new ? Mrs Doris Hickey Jasper, Ga.

    MY YAHOO MAIL DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE AND HAS LOST ALL EMAILS POSTED SINCE JULY. I WANT MY OLDER VERSION BACK

    Mail List format needs to be more compact, too much vertical spacing is wasted, if not by default it would be nice to at least be able to select a COMPACT LIST option for Mail

    This is terrible trying to navigate thru the new mail. I have been on Yahoo for over 30 years and this version is the worst. Get me back to the classic mail.

    I absolutely HATE the new email. It is too active with the stupid folder, reply, star, trash, etc icons popping up when hovering over an email. Also there is no way to see more of the actual message from the preview list. I don't open emails from people/addresses I don't recognize unless I can see what it in the email. In the new email when I hover over the message body the stupid bar with folder, reply, star, trash, etc icons covers what is in the message. Expanded view doesn't show enough to decide whether or not to open the email.

    And in expanded view it is difficult to see what the subject is. There is a faint dot between subject and body but the subject line should be bolded like it is in compact mode.

    The dark gray background around read messages is very distracting.

    Please give people a choice in which version they can use. The new version is awful. It is bad enough for me to consider ditching yahoo and go with a different provider.

    Go back to what i had before, it was set up almost perfectly. I cannot stand all this brightness and cannot find any way to change it to the way my old yahoo was. It's all ****, i hate everything about this new garbage.

    I hate this new option and cannot seem to opt out. Nothing about it is user friendly, in fact it's simply annoying.

    I absolutely HATE the new email interface.

    And you have the gall to chrage for the old version. ***** that. Why cant I get rid of the right column? Or I have to pay for that? ********.

    Give me back the old interface and dont charge for it.
