Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Return old type Email back

    This new version is not user friendly at all. I have 2 business accounts that I manage Yahoo e-mail accounts for and I cannot monitor them like I did with the previous version. Return to the free previous version and charge for this new version.

    let me go back to the old version. I've been using it for many years, and though the newer version probably has the same features, it's very difficult to find them. for example, this new version does not cache my previous email subjects.

    Can I go back to the old Yahoo? This is terrible especially if you have a smaller laptop. Uggg.

    to e old the new is a piece of **** wont let you do anything I am serious about deleting Yahoo completly then Blocking it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The new layout does not allow you to click the buttons at the top (delete, create, etc.). I can't even create a new email!

    I do not like the new version, it is harder to read and I don't see all my emails unless I hit all. I would like to go back to the old version but can't I'm not happy

    It's hard to see due to the color scheme, it is SO SLOW and takes forever to open an email in Chrome (desktop). I also hate this "Primary" mail feature. I want to see all my emails and not have to navigate all over to find my emails. I have stuck with Yahoo for a long time but this new mail is bad enough that I am thinking of getting rid of it for good.

    The new Yahoo is terrible for people with vision problems. I cannot tell what is read or unread. It is not user-friendly. I am not happy with this change

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I’m writing to express my concern regarding the recent Yahoo updates. I prefer to continue using the older version of my account; however, each time I switch back, it automatically reverts to the new version.

    Could you please advise on how to stay in the old version permanently?
