Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    New Yahoo Mail has done away with some advantages of prior version:

    1) Spam folder in left used to have delete feature that was easier. New version requires more steps for deletion.

    2) Archive folder not visible when viewing emails requiring clicking on 3 dots. Prior version was quicker.

    Please allow PAID users to have access to the "Old/Classic" email reading and writing interface. Please do not FORCE us to try to use this new user interface.

    Yahoo sucks, it always sucks, in fact sucks so bad doesnt even have option to pin to start menu! Im gonna start using gmail because i cant take all the incompetence you people create!!!!

    I was able to search by keyword, in all of my mail. Now this option isn't there I will be moving to gmail. I liked the way it looked before and do not like the new look. It is not helpful when I am the middle of a legal argument and need to be able to find documents easily.

    This new email desk top is shockingly bad if I can not change back I will be looking to change to another email outlet
    I Have tried this now for two weeks I do not like it at all.
    it is not very easy to use ???

    RETURN to the basic email / classic email.

    This new layout is utterly dreadful - and where have all my folders gone ??

    Why change what was already working very well ?

    Remember - if it's not broke then don't fix it !

    I bet someone in your programming / I T department felt the need to justify his / her

    exrbitant salary, so decided to bring in a newer version of Yahoo Mail.

    Well that person should be removed and put on tea-trolley duties forthwith.

    And I bet I'm not the only one furious at Yahoo for this change.

    Did I mention I now cannot find the majority of my folders !

    WHAT THE BLOODY **** HAVE YOU DONE TO YAHOO MAIL !

    the new UI is absolutely horrendous and it was a useless change, please give us a way to revert back to the old interface. The new one was unnecessary and frankly its DISGUSTING. I am genuinely considering using a different mail service.

    The new theme and views are absolutely ******** awful, I struggle to see new email coming in, whether I put it on White or Black mode. Why of why did you get rid of the Themes that a User could select, the colour schemes were so much better. Looking at the 2 views you have now provided just wants to make my cry. If it isn't sorted, I will close my account and join a different provider, as a lot of other Users are saying if you google the changes you have made. Do you try and get User feedback before pushing a change?

    can you bring back the old mailbox layout. That was more clearer than this one. I can't differentiate between new and old emails i'm getting.

    Clankier software and reduced useability. Brilliant! Now I'm forced to use the new version when it's the old version that encouraged me to use Yahoo. This new version is not what I signed up for, and you have not created anything that will genuinely improve the user experience - just AI nonsense to keep your investors happy.

    The new design of the mail web client is truly awful. I have discussed this with friends and colleagues and have yet to find a single person that does not hate it. The mail preview window is too small, you can’t find attachments, there is a lot of free unutilised space that you're using, not even for ads. I hate it so much, that I want to switch to another client, but sadly switching emails is too much of a hassle and, at least for now, I'll stick to using this yahoo account but trough 3rd party apps...

    This critique is with best intentions in mind. The new design is really awful, please consider reverting to the old one.
