I do not like the new user interface for Ymail. The redesign has confused me because it tries to mimic Gmail, which I also dislike due to its poor organization and cluttered layout. I prefer the old user interface; it was simpler, the text was easier to read, and the content was better divided. Additionally, the old interface allowed me to customize my color theme and background according to my preferences.

I really don't like the new Yahoo email. It looks very bland. It is hard to delete each email, since you have to move your mouse away from the email so the waste basket will appear, and then move your mouse back to click on it. Very inefficient. Poor design for the whole thing. Just provide me with a way to go back to the previous version of the Yahoo mail PLEASE!

Make the layout more compact. There is too much vertical space. And yes, I have already set it to compact mode.

A nice way for Xfinity to drop everyone because they don't want to deal with internet or email's when we pay well over $300 to get our TV access. What a way to ***** the customer.

New Yahoo Mail is terrible. It's hard to follow conversations. The separated mail boxes by type are not helpful. There are ad "emails" every 10 emails. Put the option to switch back on ALL accounts.

So the new 'compact' view is almost DOUBLE the spacing as before. What is THIS as 'compact'? Please. Please. Please. FIX the compact view. This is about as compact as an oversized SUV. It's crazy. Or do a "ultra compact" whatever vocabulary is needed. But this is FAR from compact.

I was asked if I prefer this new set up or the previous I have had for several years and I said the old for me at age 83 I now cannot find much of my set up names where I file my e mails? Lost WHY this now to prove what someone is earning their money so they set this type of form and I cannot find anything and way I have to scope through my e mail not lines up in a box? Mail List format needs to be more compact, too much vertical spacing is wasted, if not by default it would be nice to at least be able to select a COMPACT LIST option for Mail
