Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I want my OLD EMail settings/configuration back. When attempting "Go back to old Yahoo Mail" it changes NOTHING. When going to "Settings" and selecting "return to old Yahoo Mail", NOTHING CHANGES.
    Get me my OLD settings back, NOW. I've been using Yahoo for 20+ years and at no time was I askedd to make changes or have these DISGUSTIMG CHANGES forced upon me

    I absolutely HATE this new Yahoo email, I will be most likely be getting rid of this new yahoo mail soon and use google. You have a lot of nerve changing something without even asking if we want the change. I absolutely HATE yahoo nd your email now.

    Please give us back the classic look of basic Yahoo email. You are disrupting my workflow: I do not appreciate this! I need to get work done – I may have to find an alternative.

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    This is my second request regarding the new Yahoo Mail interface. I’ve been a loyal Yahoo user for decades, both personally and for my business, and I’m very disappointed with this latest update.

    The new layout is not intuitive, overly cluttered, and difficult to navigate. Simple tasks now take longer, and the overall experience feels confusing and inefficient. Visually, it’s a step backward—frankly, even the earliest versions of Yahoo Mail looked cleaner and were easier to use. This new design looks almost like it was built for children, not for serious users or professionals.

    Unless you provide a way to return to the classic version, I will be forced to consider moving my email—including business accounts—to another platform. And based on the poor functionality of this redesign, I doubt I’ll be the only one.

    Please take this feedback seriously. Your long-time users deserve better.

    I hate it. your fonts are light not bold like before. why can't you leave along what is already working or a least give us a choice if we like the old or new.

    This new email is UGLY. You shade certain lines and it's harder to find what I'm looking for. I want to go back to the classic email. This one is horrible

    I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the new Yahoo Mail layout and features. The new interface looks cluttered and cheap, and many of the recent design changes feel like a step backward rather than an improvement. It lacks the clean, professional look and user-friendly functionality of the previous version.

    Please consider giving users the option to switch back to the classic Yahoo Mail interface. It was far more intuitive, reliable, and visually appealing. I hope Yahoo will prioritize user experience and offer more flexibility in the future.

    Give me the option to go back. I don't like the New Yahoo Mail. If I can't return to my old settings I will delete my Yahoo account and use G-Mail.

    or at least have previous version as themes. The current layout is way too wasteful, and nobody asked for the change in the first place (as usual).
