Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I've never been impressed with Yahoo's spam filter...it's right only about 2 out of 3 times.

    That Yahoo has elected to elevate these errors into a filter on all incoming mail from 2 buckets (good, spam) into 3 buckets (spam, priority,, all) is a disservice to users as the only thing it does is unnecessarily complicate one's access to their mail

    Returning it to the previous version would improve it greatly. This new version makes it much harder to find messages.

    The new Yahoo email program is HORRIBLE!!!
    I can't find ANYTHING!!!

    Yahoo mail was updated and I can't access it from my phone. The app keeps crashing. You disabled themes and we users can only see our email in light or dark mode. It's awful for those of us with vision problems. Allow users to choose a color, just like before! Overall, the new yahoo mail is terrible! Why do you keep making your products worse every few years? Revert to old template!

    Yahoo keeps crashing and having a very hard time logging into the domain. It is also the sites are very slow. Needs to address Yahoo pages problems. With this newer Yahoo pages I have lots of problems with it. Yahoo of yester years are much better than the current ones.

    Go back to the old way because the new one sucks and is no user friendly and it takes so much more time to do anything

    This new platform is absolutely horrible! I hate having to even check my mail! It always opens to "priority", which I don't like. You also have to click a **** mailing, in order to check "all" so you can delete them all. You've made everything have to use more clicks. If it's not broken, why do you have to mess with it!! I hate it

    I prefer to view the messages list with tighter line spacing. Please enable this setting like gmail does. Thanks.

    Switch to the new Yahoo design is missing. It was in the top right corner before, but now it's gone.

    The ability to compact or expand all messages in a conversation with multiple emails has been lost from the old mail version.

    Yahoo email is fine the way it is now. There is no need to change it. Remember last time; people didn't like the new email finding more difficult to read. Myself included.

    I did not see a way that I could compress or expand the spacing between the messages. Also, it would be nice to have options on fonts for displaying messages.
