Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I do not use gmail because i hate gmail. One of the things I HATE MOST are the stupid categories which force me to look into 4 boxes. If you force this god awful design on me, I will leave and I have been here since 1998.

    WHY DO COMPANIES ALWAYS TRY TO COPY THE OTHER GUY WHEN YOUR CUSTOMERS USE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT THE OTHER GUY -- FORCE THIS CHANGE AND MANY OF US WILL LEAVE. I HATE CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF FREAKING PUTTING HOURS ON THE BOARD.

    No ideas but criticism.
    1. Slow to close an email
    2. Give feedback on the tool bar doesn't perform a function once the box is opened
    3. Preview pane at the bottom only shows the subject
    4. Application at times unresponsive
    5. No clear way to revert back to the old mail
    6. slow to open an email

    Go back to the way it was. This is the most unfriendly, complicated setup you have produced so far. **** I can't even mass delete. Your new setup sucks, but I guess you getting use to hearing that!!!!!!!!!!

    The new UI is clumsy. Is there a way to go back to older UI. I am uncomfortable with the new UI.

    Please provide option.

    why can't I change my font size it stays on tiny and won't let me change to another size. I prefer the older email version

    Why can't I go back to the Classic Yahoo email? There's no option to do that under settings. Please fix.

    When I open my email, I want to see all of my emails, not just what Yahoo Mail considers Priority mail. Why should I always have to click on All in order to see my emails????? That feature is very annoying and irritating. Also, why is it that Yahoo has chosen to delete all of the emails that I was saving?? Just tried finding one from about 3 months ago and it is gone, forever I assume. There are reasons why I keep old emails, and it should be up to me only, as to when they get deleted. Your new version is for the birds.

    I can say that the updated email has not worked very well. It is getting frustrating when you delete emails and the program comes back with notification unable to delete. If the email software doesn't get better I will probably use Google's Gmail. I have had a yahoo email account for a long time and would hate to discontinue using it but it should be getting better not worse.

    I switched over to the new yahoo email and am not getting any of my emails. I paid by bills today and had no receipts emailed to me. I like the older version better.

    I miss the old interface design! the new in box feels clunky and it's not as user friendly as the last.

    The new box is too small. The categories are too limited so that I waste more time finding other material such as spam & trash to clean them out. The star box to the right is something I will NEVER use thus it waste even more space. I hate it so much that once I am certain that nobody is using it that I NEED to be in contact with, I will be ridding myself of Yahoo completely.

    I HATE this. I don't know what messages I replied to or forwarded. I cannot delete an entire page at a time. This new format is USELESS!!!!!! I HATE it.

    Of course they don't give the option about changing back to the old Yahoo,. I read the words Try it, I did and I hate it, but unfortunately Yahoo is saying there is now no way to change back, or they at least can't or won't tell, anyone hating this new format and does anyone know how to go back to the old format?

    I HATE this new version---I want my old Yahoo again, or I will have to learn Gmail. I hate going to priority, and not being able to switch easily to ALL I never asked for this new version, and not I cannot get out of it. I have several friends who are of the same opinion. When something works, do not try to fix it---it has not made the site more convenient or user friendly. HELP, or I am out of Yahoo.....

    I want the old Yahoo!!!!!
    The new look is terrible, does not display properly on my laptop!!!!!!
