Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

You can't see if the original message has been replied to or not on the inbox screen. This is very, very inconvenient to have to search the sent box. Please allow people to go back to the classic version. We have had yahoo forever. This is ridiculous.

Go back to old email! I'm an adult. I can read. I do not need your AI bot INSIDE my inbox reading and summarizing MY emails.
Get rid of the default to "priority." Your bot does not know what I consider a priority.
Honestly, the whole redesign is insulting and too much like Big Brother. I don't want to give up this email address that I've had for 25 years, but it's not worth how much the whole thing annoys me EVERY TIME I CHECK EMAILS.
Major fail. So disappointing.

I HATE THE "NEW" YAHOO. Very confusing - Deleting multiple emails, emptying trash or spam with one click is confusing andt time consuming. I hav repeatedly reported SPAM fro Dream Team Marking in TX and Yahoo limp security still let's them in. If I could link my McAfee to my Yahoo inbox I would not be receiving the repeated junk email. Dream Team Marketing keeps changing the sender address every week or so and YAHOO keeps letting them in. I don't have this problem with my Gmail account - might be time to dump Yahoo if you are unwilling to provide better security!!!

This new version is hard for people with eye problems and age limits. Please return t the basic. I had returned only to sign in and find the new version again. I have had this account since the late 90's. Please make allowance, do something! Can't find my old emails from my deceased family members!

I just want to keep the standard version and DO NOT want to change to the new yahoo mail! It is much easier and faster for me s I HOPE you will allow us to keep it. So often, improvements are worse and do not actually take into consideration what the people want. I understand improvements but the saying is true -- if it's not broke don't fix!

100% AGREE !!! On the old version, I was able to keep my cursor in ONE spot, and quickly delete a ton of emails without needing to move the cursor all around...
IF IT'S WORKING>>>DON'T CHANGE IT !!!!!!

I hate this new format, furthermore it is not visually congruent and erased maximizing my time processing work flow & efficiency for how I structure all mailboxes.
Lastly it seems the least customizable format I have access to use with 4 other companies email services. Give it a 2 out of 10. Either restore the user to choose the previous options are start spending more time and money to make this wayyyyyyyy more customizable for the user. -

This is one of the worst design changes of all time.. Windows 8 level of bad.. it's almost if you're intentionally trying to push all your email users off the platform so you can completely get rid of your email service. Please resort back to the classic or something similar.

THERE IS NO GO BACK BUTTON AND NEVER HAS BEEN THAT IS JUST YOUR WAY OF SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM. ALL YOU SAY IS CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WELL THAT PROVES HOW MUCH YOU CARE. I HAVE LOST ACCOUNTS AND EMAILS. OPENING A NEW ONE WILL NOT GET THEM BACK. YOU ARE THE BIGGEST PART OF MY PROBLEMS JUST LIKE FRONRIER. IF THIS IS SO EASY THAN WHY CANT YOU DO IT??

This has got to be one of the worst updates of all time. Did you consult with anyone before you spent money developing and releasing this? If you did you didn't use the right people!!! I could have solved 98% of how terrible this version is in an hour. It is not user or business friendly AT ALL.
