Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION.
I could go on and on about the same issues as everyone else.
the most important is you are putting important information into a junk folder that I can't find on my laptop, thank goodness I see it on my phone. This is such a waste of time for a simple task. -

The "go back" button has disappeared off my screen. You have made checking email and getting tasks done a total time ******. You are putting emails that I NEED in a junk folder that I can't find on my laptop ( but I can see it on my phone). Please read everyone's comments....take our advice and GO BACK.

I hate the new format and want the Classic back I never asked to switch. Then you all took the option away to FORCE people. Not good. Yahoo is loosing ground with many of us.

Edit3: Wait. They have AI sorting through what is "Priority" mail? Why is there an external source rooting through my mail like a shifty(whoops, oxymoron) crackhead?
I don't want them rooting through my receipts so they can better clutter my page with ads for **** that isn't even remotely related. And I certainly don't want or need some wannabe tech-head (who has quite obviously never looked into how to design a UI) in SoCal knowing what's going on in my head when I talk to my Psychiatrist.How does this sh1t just keep getting worse? Someone make it make sense. Please?

Yahoo management does not give any care to what most users beg about - go back to Classic. At least, if they cared, they would give us options - to each their own. Why strip users off the options? Bad business practice.

Too chaotic to use. Can't find anything. The replies on a string are terrible and. not in order. Try to modify to delete verbiage and it deleted the ENTIRE EMAIL. Important legal documents....lost. This is terrible. You should not be forced to utilize a newer version. I chose Yahoo many years ago and have not had such a problem with previous "improvements". GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION PLEASE

At least fix that panel on the left to be the words not the icons. I don't need icons I need the words so more info such as my folders can fit there without having a pop out list which now means I have to waste more time trying to get to what I need.
Get rid of those stupid, and I mean stupid icons to the left of the emails --- what are they supposed to be anyway? Pictures of people? Who cares. It just adds to visual clutter.
New is not necessarily an improvement. In this case it is a regression . How do I know who I answered? Can't tell in this new email format.
Just goes to show, the oldsters when they created interfaces understood FUNCTIONALITY
This is horrible - not functional
I like change,, as long as it makes things better, not worse -

Too crowded, clunky and cumbersome can't find any of the controls!!!! Don't know what DA came up with putting stupid icons in front of every email I guess they can only look a pictures. I'm 89 I don't more junk in the way, how about simple and straightforward. If I wanted to look at pictures I would go outside and look at God's canvas.

Since the "NEW" YahooMail is broadly despised(!), but the "kill switch" has been disabled (I accidentally clicked acceptance of the new yahoomail by mousing over and cannot go back now)... HOW ABOUT you start working on the "New and Improved" YahooMail? Maybe you will get it right this time!

Just keep in mind that in order to "improve the metrics", some real genius came with the idea to rename the Classic version of YahooMail to "Basic Yahoo Mail". Now all of the SCREAMS to return the Basic YahooMail can go to nowhere land and cannot be hooked to the guilty party, because... we cannot get soup from the Soup-N@zi if we do not ask properly.
