Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

The PRIORITY email tag is BS. How would you know if something is important or not! This is something I need to decide for myself. GO BACK TO CLASSIC. This inbox with the shading of the emails is really bad and backwards. Get rid of that. Again, GO BACK TO CLASSIC. All you have done is alienate your customers. I have yet to see anyone praise this as better than the old version. This should tell you everything you need to know. BAD, BAD, BAD. Yahoo you can do MUCH better...

It's the lying and manipulation that upsets me the most. You keep saying that the old version has been discontinued...THAT IS A LIE!!!! I just checked with my friend who "Opted out" before the big switch over and his e-mail is the same old version style. So you still have it on your system and using it. This is so simple & easy to resolve. Let us 5,000+ customers have a second chance to "Opt out". THAT'S IT....Everybody is happy. Or are you gonna lie and remove his too later and say we don't do classic e-mail even after you promised him you won't when he "OPTED OUT"?????

I DON'T CARE FOR THE SENDER'S ICONS APPEARING WITH EVERY EMAIL. IT IS TOO DISTRACTING AND UNNECESSARY. THE TRASH CAN IS NOT VISIBLE FOR TRASHING EMAILS AFTER (OR BEFORE) READING. RIGHT CLICKING AND HOVERING OVER THE AREA AFTER THE EMAIL DOESN'T ALWAYS BRING THE TRASH CAN BACK INTO VIEW. I LIKE THE BASIC USER-FRIENDLY CLASSIC VERSION MUCH BETTER. CAN I REVERT BACK?

So is the only way to see the whole body of the email message to pay to remove the ads? This is the worst move ever! I think it's easier to change your email address than to try to read ONE email. So disappointed with this move!

WTF is happening. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually read my email now. I've got to figure out a way to fricken abandon yahoo altogether.
All these icons and stupid yahoo summaries of my emails BEFORE my emails. This is terrible.

Please at least give the option to use the old version. This keeps automatically "managing the emails" and I am missing messages. Yahoo doesn't know what is "important" to me! On the app I can not click on a specific email, it takes me to the account. This is the worst!

This new version is unworkable. Moving to MSN if you don't get it fixed quick. You are only driving away longtime faithful customers with forcing a new terrible version on people. The Classic Mail was fine and worked perfectly. There was zero need for this forced change!

If you don't want to listen to paying cutomers - then at least let us make the experience as close to the original. I PAY for Yahoo. I don't want sender badges. I don't want AI previews. I don't want to hit next page everytime. The search is terrrible. FIx all those things since for some reason your product team can't support classic mail.

Totally agree that this new version sucks in about a thousand ways, and they should give customers the option and ability to change it back to the classic version. It's not just the new look that's awful, it's the dysfunctionality. I have already accidentally unsubscribed from emails because of that new "button" that appears when your cursor is in the title line of inbox email. I've already accidentally sent emails before I'm through writing them because the "send message" keyboard shortcut can't be disabled. Sometimes I can delete several emails at once with a trash can icon, other times there are not functional icons (trash, move) and I have to use the delete key. And the invisibility of all my folders that used to be on the left side of the page is infuriating. I could go on, and on, and on! First you take away our customized home pages, and now you ***** up the email function. This is inexcusable.

We need to be able to have the choice on whether or not we want this new version. This new version is not working for me.
