Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I hate this new format, furthermore it is not visually congruent and erased maximizing my time processing work flow & efficiency for how I structure all mailboxes.
    Lastly it seems the least customizable format I have access to use with 4 other companies email services. Give it a 2 out of 10. Either restore the user to choose the previous options are start spending more time and money to make this wayyyyyyyy more customizable for the user.

    This is one of the worst design changes of all time.. Windows 8 level of bad.. it's almost if you're intentionally trying to push all your email users off the platform so you can completely get rid of your email service. Please resort back to the classic or something similar.

    THERE IS NO GO BACK BUTTON AND NEVER HAS BEEN THAT IS JUST YOUR WAY OF SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM. ALL YOU SAY IS CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WELL THAT PROVES HOW MUCH YOU CARE. I HAVE LOST ACCOUNTS AND EMAILS. OPENING A NEW ONE WILL NOT GET THEM BACK. YOU ARE THE BIGGEST PART OF MY PROBLEMS JUST LIKE FRONRIER. IF THIS IS SO EASY THAN WHY CANT YOU DO IT??

    This has got to be one of the worst updates of all time. Did you consult with anyone before you spent money developing and releasing this? If you did you didn't use the right people!!! I could have solved 98% of how terrible this version is in an hour. It is not user or business friendly AT ALL.

    I ABSOULTLEY DO NOT LIKE THE NEW YAHOO. Put back our Options! The check boxes to the side, with out having to hover over it. No one cares about seeing the senders "avatar". I promise I do NOT care about that. Put all of our folders Back on the side. We were able to customize it to our liking. The extra clicks is ******* people off. I want my Colors back too. I loved my email with a nice green background. Now I only can Only chose white or black.

    Please don't keep us locked in the new version. Instead, offer the chance to return to the Classic Version or help us transfer to Outlook, Gmail, or another email service. It seems that you are not very confident in your product.

    please go back to old version. This one is not user friendly and is extra steps to do one job. not vey efficient for what I need to do.

    PLEASE go back to the old yahoo. This new one is hard for me to just see all my emails at once, and how many. Is there a way to empty my spam and trash, with one button. I had to do them one by one. That took too much time. Very confusing. DO NOT LIKE.

    I absolutely hate the new version. The old version worked just fine. Please provide an option to choose between the two. I cannot find 2 important emails. The usability is horrible. It keeps showing me what the system thinks are "priority" emails. Those emails don't include the 2 I'm missing. I can not easily toggle between my other yahoo email accounts like before. Please fix this so I don't have to change my email over to google.

    The new mailbox is so bad. The icons move from left align to center align. It is so easy to misclick a checkbox. If you delete the email that is clicked, it loses the previously checked items. There is so much wasted space that doesn't contribute to readability.

    It's is very critical. Where is all my past email? I need to find it. Important mail I can't find.

    As of today there are over 5400 complaints ( and gowing daily ) about this new format and yet Yahoo persists in forcing this garbage format on its users. When will companies like Yahoo wake up and realize that the users ( customers - who deal with sponsered ads constantly ) are right ? What is wrong with the people that make these decisions ? Makes no sense to me.. If my customeres dont like something I change it Period !

    This is extremely important to me as I can manage the classic version more easily. Thank you.
