I wanted to add I've had Yahoo since first started and I'm so frustrated with this new version, I'm ready to give up. Please return my acct to classic version.

I can not figure out how to make new folders. I'm 71 years old and have health issues. I do not want to have to do another learning curve at a time I've chronic pain to learn and new version of Yahoo. Please offer classic version that was just fine back. "If not broke do not fix it!"

You can't simply ignore these thousands of requests. The new version is truly hideous. Allow everyone to choose if they like your previous version more than the new one. It's very simple costumer service.

You can't see if the original message has been replied to or not on the inbox screen. This is very, very inconvenient to have to search the sent box. Please allow people to go back to the classic version. We have had yahoo forever. This is ridiculous.

Go back to old email! I'm an adult. I can read. I do not need your AI bot INSIDE my inbox reading and summarizing MY emails.

Get rid of the default to "priority." Your bot does not know what I consider a priority.

Honestly, the whole redesign is insulting and too much like Big Brother. I don't want to give up this email address that I've had for 25 years, but it's not worth how much the whole thing annoys me EVERY TIME I CHECK EMAILS.

I HATE THE "NEW" YAHOO. Very confusing - Deleting multiple emails, emptying trash or spam with one click is confusing andt time consuming. I hav repeatedly reported SPAM fro Dream Team Marking in TX and Yahoo limp security still let's them in. If I could link my McAfee to my Yahoo inbox I would not be receiving the repeated junk email. Dream Team Marketing keeps changing the sender address every week or so and YAHOO keeps letting them in. I don't have this problem with my Gmail account - might be time to dump Yahoo if you are unwilling to provide better security!!!
