Scheduled emails
I would like to report an issue I’ve encountered on two separate occasions. I scheduled an email to be sent at a future date, but later decided to send it earlier. I used the “Send now” option, expecting this would cancel the previously scheduled delivery.
However, in both cases, the recipient informed me that they still received the email again on the originally scheduled date, resulting in a duplicate.
Could you please look into this and let me know if there is a way to prevent a scheduled email from being sent after using “Send now”?
