WTF? Why is Yahoo Mail not working? Why do you clowns suck so bad? 1st it was the ****** UI change that any software Product Manager worth their salt would have told you sucked *** and that you shouldn't do it. But apparently you don't have actual software Product Managers or you don't listen to them. So you turned out one of the worst, poorest quality and poorly thought out new UI ever. Did no one do usability testing or UAT? Was there even use cases to justify this change? Over 15 yrs as a software PM has me doubting that you bothered. 2nd this buggy pile of poor UX **** has been down for hours now. So it's not just a ****** front end but the backend is also a dumpster fire. You make a strong case for moving over to Gmail.

I've had my account for years. I cannot access my e-mail on my iphone. When I login on my Surface Tablet I can access e-mail, but it is not working correctly and deleted mail does not delete? I find it ridiculous to get help from a live person I have to pay. That makes no sense as every other business I can call and talk to a person or chat with a live person online for free to get help. This is leading me to consider getting rid of this account.

I'm not receiving emails, I can send them but cannot receive them, I have no filters, no cache, no blockers, what is happening?!

You have zero support when it comes to our business email not working. No one in our network can access their emails from any device or browser, yet there is not one person we can contact to figure out what is going on. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Who do we contact to fix this issue?

I can not receive e-mails. I can send, that test was ok. But nothing comes into the inbox, I also checked the spam folder.
