new idea for informing customers that their storage capacity has been used all totally

i am really frustrated with how you inform yahoo mail users that they have reached their maximum storage capacity after they go over their limit. cant you find a way to notify them earlier? also, i am trying to go below the limit by deleting thousands of emails but still the storage capacity is not decreasing. it is actually increasing. cant be !!??
i tried the help desk not working !!??

We have given everyone 30 days to delete and get below 20GB. Below 1% of our users are in this bucket, so a majority of our users are fine! As for the number not decreasing. as mentioned in the email and in our help pages, you need to Empty Trash/Spam folders after you have deleted. Hope this helps!
