It's kind of ****** that you changed the amount of free storage and made it next to impossible to find out how much storage I'm actually using. AND you give the hard sell on buying more storage. Just one of many reasons most people have switched to Gmail.

Hi Ken, this is not true and we're sad you feel this way! From the email we give you a link on how you can manage your storage. If you missed it, you can go to Settings > Manage Storage and from there you can manage it and delete emails that are the largest. Also, many of our competitors already have storage plans and offer much less, for more money. Unfortunately, the market has changed and we had to make changes to our Storage Guidelines. Very sorry!
