Hi Bob, Thanks for the feedback! We have asked you many times, to please provide a video, a screenshot of what you're seeing. We can't fix anything we can't replicate. We are not seeing this issue. So we need a video, screenshot, browser information, browser version. As you can see we need a lot more info to fix anything. Have you tried not refreshing, but opening a new window/tab and typing in mail.yahoo.com again? If you are still experiencing issues, please email us at oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com. Thanks.
