blackmailing users
I think that it is horrible that you are blackmailing loyal users to suddenly have to buy storage space because you decided to cut your storage limit from 1tb to 2gb a drop of 98% I have used yahoo mail for over 20 years and I have 68gb in my account there is no way I can magically remove over 66gb. I can see if you do that policy going forward but forcing loyal customers to do mass deletions or stop receiving mail is pretty much just extortion!!

Yes, unfortunately times change and we did update our storage guidelines. Our competitors do the same, but we offer more storage at a lower price.
