inbox messages going strait to trash
Help please - my inbox messages that are important are automatically being routed to trash without me reading them - how do I fix this?

Hi Tracy, if you have emails going directly to your Trash, this might be because your account has been compromised. We recommend changing your password and checking your Filters under Settings. If you are still running into issues, it is an account issue and you will need to contact our CC team. They handle all account and sign in issues.
