Inbox receive
Hello Yahoo Support,
I am having a delivery problem with my Yahoo Mail account ([your Yahoo address here]).
Emails sent from my Outlook/Microsoft account ([your Outlook/Microsoft address here]) are not arriving in my Yahoo inbox — not in Spam, not in Trash, not anywhere.
I have tested the following:
The same email arrives successfully in my Gmail inbox.
My service provider can also receive the email.
There are no filters in my Yahoo Mail account that would block or redirect these emails.
My Microsoft account is working fine and sending emails normally.
This suggests that Yahoo’s servers may be blocking or rejecting the messages coming from Microsoft’s sending servers.
Could you please check your mail logs for my Yahoo account and unblock/allow emails from my Outlook/Microsoft address so I can receive them?
