Storage Warning
I got a storage warning and I've deleted almost half of my inbox, folders and all the larger emails with documents and the GB amount hasn't been updated or changed. I can't call support without paying ?

This is mentioned in our emails and in our help article, but once you delete emails, you still need to empty your trash or spam too. Once you empty the trash folder, you will see the storage number decrease. Thanks.
