I have deleted over 5k emails and it not even showing that i have storage. on top of that I cannot receive very important emails. you guys are horrible

Hi Brittany, this is mentioned in our email communications to you and in the help articles. Once you delete emails, you also need to empty your Trash folder, and even your Spam folder. Then you will see your storage limit decrease.
