Help to be made available to ALL users.
I have deleted a lot of material from my account but the size does not seem to budge. Kindly explain how this works. I have an overlimit note on my account and its frozen. No way to unfreeze it even tho alot of material has been removed. Why dont you set up a help portal which can help us navigate thru this? Now I do not want to buy more space because I know that I have no support. This business model needs to be revamped.
