expense not anticipated
Very disappointed in finding out that there are now many ads showing up in our Yahoo emails. We have the comcast email address and were told we had to switch to Yahoo. This was not an easy task for an 80 year old but when done we get your notice of the ads and that we would have to pay $4.99 per month to cancel ads. I/we feel that is totally not a customer friendly way to force people to deal with the required switch. We are on fixed income, do not need the additional benefits offered. If we could we would switch back to xfinity/comcast. At best we ask that you consider responding to us by taking the ads off our account at no cost to us. I would hope for a direct response.
