HOW ABOUT WHEN I DELETE A MILLION THINGS LIKE I HAVE DONE, YOU GIVE ME BACK MY STORAGE! THIS MUST BE A SCAM! I DELETED SO MUCH AND YET I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO STORAGE AT ALL NOW. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE....I'M NOT PAYING FOR EXTRA STORAGE.

Hi Robin, this is mentioned in all our communications and in help articles, but once you delete emails you need to empty out your Trash folder as well. Once you empty the trash folder (even spam folder) you will see your storage number decrease. Thanks.
