“IMAP settings missing. Need agent.”
My Cox-migrated Yahoo account opens only the identity panel under Mailboxes.
There are no IMAP or SMTP server settings. The mailbox is partially provisioned
and IMAP is not enabled on the backend. Please re-provision or refresh the
account so IMAP/SMTP settings appear.
