I do not want my emails to ever be deleted until I delete them.
Just want you to tell me how to do this without paying extra.

Hi Jo Ellen, we do not automatically or randomly delete emails. Make sure you are looking at the "All" category at the top of your Inbox. There you'll see all your emails as it defaults to "Primary." Thanks!
