Deactivate spam filter (which causes damage)
Your spam filter causes serious damage. It regularly filters out very important emails, which are then lost. It's happened many times that emails with attachments, even important ones, or from addresses you've written to, have been automatically shunted to spam, without you being able to see them.
Car insurance documents, requests for billing information, special offers for businesses I regularly run.
Please add a "disable spam filter" button; no more lost important emails.
