From the bottom of my heart I appreciate your assistance in restoring my yahoo account from a hacker who completely took over my account! This was my primary life account. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING for the past 20 years was in it . YOUR commitment to customers, to have a procedure to reclaim and restore my account AFTER my phone was stolen and hacked by a thief, It is a very compassionate decision. To have people who can assist in a situation where both my email AND my phone number were taken from me and I lost all control over these my ability to sign into other accounts and to verify my identity was lost. You saved me! The thief left me COMPLETELY compromised! I am very happy that you helped me; I was able to restore my YAHOO account with your help. As you may be aware there is little assistance from Apple, and much less from Google when a situation like this occurs . As result of passwords being changed I lost my Gmail accounts and my Icloud.
I am ready to start again, but its better with YAHOO.
