When I click delete it asks, do I want "unsubscribe" or report as spam, at first I thought it is part of feature - delete few emails and it would ask are you sure want to continue receive it.

Now i have discovered it is because on emails where there is CC , navigation displays 3 instead of 2 reply/forward options, which shifts DELETE button, and with that if you don't look, you click now spam button instead of delete button. This layout shift gets very very distracting and even annoying when you go trough emails and just want delete.
