when I'm Staring email, I want to be able to star it in the same column that I unstar
in the main email page when I want to star an email I have to move to the right hand side to star and email, but the icon for the star is on the left of the description.

Why is the select star option at the end of the email in the list and not in the position where the star shows on the list, next to the title?... so put star select option in the same place it appears on the list, not at the end of email thumbnail...
And why are starred emails detailed as a dedicated window to the right... totally unnecessary... that space would be better used to see more emails at one go, attachment previews, and a check preview screen for batch selections for filing/delete/starring for later attention... you can see the stars you don't need a special window for them... rather than stars maybe consider priorities!!! and a window for those... an active to-do list... now you're talking!
