MAILBOX FULL AND STILL FULL AFTER DELETING 70000 EMAILS
I cannot free up space on my mailbox, although I deleted about 70,000 emails. It's been more than a week, and you are LOCKING MY EMAIL WHILE THIS EMAIL IS REGEISTERED FOR THE FRENCH TAX DEPARTMENT. THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE.
YOUR SYSTEM IS EITHER BUGGY OR YOU COMPELL PEOPLE TO SUSCRIBE...

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. This is mentioned in our email communication to you and in the help articles, but after deleting emails you still need to empty out your Trash folder. Once you do that, and even your Spam folder, your storage number percentage will decrease. Thanks!
