The old system displayed emails in date order - newest at the top. Simple and easy to use.
The new system seems to have no order. Its hard to find the newest email. When you want to reply its hard to find the place to type.

Friendly reminder to always check your Settings. Yes, we introduced Inbox Categories to help organize your emails better, but we also understand that not everyone would need or want, therefore, you can disable it under your Settings and go back to having just one Inbox.
