asked for my frequent flier number
I am being asked to provide a frequent flyer number to recover the password for my old account. However, I have never participated in any frequent flyer program, so I do not have a frequent flyer number.
There is no way I would have selected this as one of my security questions. As a result, no matter what answer I provide, it will always be marked as incorrect.
This leads me to believe that Yahoo either deleted or corrupted my account information, making it impossible for me to regain access. After trying every available recovery option, I still cannot log in.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, in my opinion, reflects very poorly on Yahoo's account recovery process.I HATE THAT I CANNOT RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD
